Currently completing the album of his
career so far, Matt has been collaborating with such established writers
and producers as Rodney Jerkins, Peter Morkan, Carol Bayer-Sager and
Tommy Sims. Matt enjoyed more than a decade of success as the lead
singer for Bros. Their debut album "Push" sold 300,000 copies within
its first week of release and in excess of 7 million worldwide. Over
Bros' six year career they recorded three successful albums,
including 13 top five singles selling more than 17 million albums
worldwide.
Matt has headlined at
the most prestigious venues in the world, including six sell-out
nights at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, Tokyo's Buddha Khan, The
Royal Albert Hall, ten consecutive nights at London's Wembley Arena
and his farewell performance to a capacity crowd at London's
Wembley Stadium.
Other highlights of
Matt's career are receiving multiple awards from The Brits and The
Japanese Grammy's, multi-platinum record sales, 3 number 1 albums
Japan, the biggest debut record in the history of CBS, a number 1
single in 19 countries simultaneously, the biggest selling video of
all time in the UK outselling "The Making of Thriller" by Michael
Jackson!
Matt has never tried
to go back to cash in on his passed career with Bros instead
preferring to carve a new career in the USA. Matt has never done a
reunion tour, a greatest hits album or tour or sold out in any
